We totally get it, sometimes you splurge on something that you actually can't afford...Or maybe you just decided that our bowtie wasn't the right fit for you. Either way, we offer a return policy.

 


 

Types of returns we offer

              

  • Refund in the form of original payment- You have 20 days. You pay shipping. You get your money back. We get our bowtie or Half back. Everyone's happy. 
  • Refund in the form of a credit- You have 60 days. We pay shipping. You get your money back in the form of a credit to be used on our website. Then, you use the credit on a shirt for your grandpa. You're happy. Your grandpa is extremely happy.
  • Exchange- You have 40 days. You pay shipping. You get to pick a different dope design. We send the new bowtie to you. You wear the heck out of it. The girl's watching you are very happy.
  • Return because of wrong size, product is damaged upon delivery, etc. -  Okay, we admit it. We aren't perfect, even though we look as though we are. Sometimes we mess up.  You have 30 days. We pay shipping. You get your money back in the original form of payment.
  •  IF YOUR PRODUCT GETS DAMAGED- PLEASE send it back to us for a free repair, even if it's your fault. We want you to be able to keep your awesome bowtie, and we assuredly do not want you to throw it away! We offer free repairs so both the environment and you can be happy. Conditions for all returns

              

  • All original packaging must be included.
  • The tie must be undamaged (unless it came damaged)
  • The tie must be clean. Don't worry, all of our ties are machine-washable (nobody wants to hand wash their stuff!!!)
  • It does not have to be tied in a bowtie knot. If you want to, feel free, but it isn't a requirement.
